Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors, subscribers, and clients of The Lucid Path. By accessing this website, subscribing to the newsletter, or booking a reading, you understand and acknowledge the parameters outlined below.

1. General Nature of Services

All readings, articles, insights, and resources provided through The Lucid Path are intended strictly for educational and personal growth purposes.

  • No Professional Advice: The insights shared are interior tools designed to offer personal perspective. They neither constitute nor substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological counseling.
  • Personal Responsibility: You retain full personal autonomy and responsibility for any lifestyle choices, adjustments, or decisions you choose to make following a reading, after reading archived material, or using any of these services.

2. Confidentiality

Everything that you share with me, including through emails, intake forms, etc., will be kept 100% confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or you have explicitly given permission to share it (such as for an anonymous example).

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

By booking a reading through The Lucid Path, you agree to the following:

  • Payment Infrastructure: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Lucid Path does not store or see your financial credit card details.
  • Turnaround Times: Standard turnaround times for prepared reports are specified on individual booking pages. I will communicate any scheduling adjustments directly via email.
  • Refund Policy: Because prepared readings require dedicated, structured preparation time, fees are non-refundable once the preparation process has officially begun. If you request a refund before preparation has started, a S$20 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover processing costs.
  • Client Late Arrivals: For live sessions, I will wait on the call for up to 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time.
    • If you do not arrive within this 15-minute window, the session will not take place, and it will not be rescheduled or refunded.
    • Sessions that start late within the 15-minute window will still end at the original scheduled appointment time.
  • Provider Cancellations: If I must cancel or reschedule our session within 24 hours of our appointment, your session will be rescheduled, and you will receive an additional 15 minutes added to that session at no extra charge.
  • Technical Failures: If the video or conference call system fails to connect, I will contact you immediately at the email address (or relevant messaging application) you used to coordinate the payment so we can resolve the connection.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All original text, frameworks, article files, and media assets published on this website or provided during services are the intellectual property of The Lucid Path.

  • Shared Client Materials: All content, tools, recordings, emails, and exercises provided to you are for your personal use and cannot be shared outside our sessions without my explicit written permission. Please ask first if you would like to share something.
  • Public Archive: You are welcome to share short excerpts or quotes from the public blog archive, provided you include a clear, direct link back to The Lucid Path. You may not replicate, repackage, or sell any archive material for commercial distribution.

5. Revisions to Terms

These operational parameters may be updated occasionally to align with system features or service changes. Your continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
