At The Lucid Path, your privacy is fundamentally important. This policy explains what minimal data is collected when you browse this site or subscribe to the newsletter, and how that information is handled.

1. Information Collected

  • Subscriber Details: If you willingly sign up for the newsletter, Ghost safely collects your email address and name. This data is used exclusively to deliver articles and service updates to your inbox.
  • Usage Data: This website is built on Ghost and uses the Ubud theme. It collects basic, non-identifying technical data (like browser type, time spent on pages, and general geographic location) purely to monitor site traffic and improve performance.

2. Data Storage & Third Parties

  • Ghost & Mailgun: Your email address is stored securely within the native Ghost platform and is processed through standard integrated email systems to ensure clean newsletter delivery.
  • Stripe: Any payment processing details for professional readings are handled entirely through Stripe's secure infrastructure. The Lucid Path never sees or stores your credit card number.
  • No Sharing: Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties under any circumstances.

3. Your Rights & Control

  • Unsubscribe: You hold complete control over your data. Every newsletter email sent includes a direct "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Clicking it will instantly and permanently opt you out of the database.
  • Data Deletion: If you would like your record completely erased from the backend system, you can contact Julia directly via email, and your entry will be manually deleted within 48 hours.

These policies may be updated occasionally to reflect site or system changes. The last update was made in October 2026.
