The following applies to all purchases.

By making any purchases, I understand and acknowledge that Julia Ng of The Lucid Path is providing Akashic Record reading services. She is not a counsellor, therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist, nor is she providing medical or financial advice. I recognise that I am the creator of my own experience, and I am fully responsible for the choices I make. 

Confidentiality

• Please be assured that everything you share at our sessions (including emails, written information etc.), will be kept 100% confidential, unless disclosure is required by law. 
• At the same time, all content and tools (including but not limited to recordings, emails, exercises and so on) from The Lucid Path are my intellectual property, and cannot be shared outside our sessions without my written permission. Please ask first if you’d like to share something.

Rescheduling, Cancellations

• You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. Use the link in the booking confirmation email or email me directly. 
  • There will be no refunds or rescheduling for any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of our appointment time.
• I always wait on the call for up to 10 minutes after our appointment time.
  • If you’re not there by then, that session will not take place, nor will it be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Sessions that start within the 10-minute window will end at the original end time of the appointment. 
• If I cancel or reschedule our session within 24 hours of our appointment, that session will be rescheduled and you will receive an additional 15 minutes for that session at no extra charge.  
• If the conference call system is not working, I’ll contact you immediately at the email address (or messaging app if I have your contact) you used to make payment.
